To access your account, visit the My Account Lost Password Page and select Reset password using the email address from your original DepotEco account. If your account is from the past year, you’ll receive a reset email and can log in right away.

Order history is available through December 26, 2025 only. Orders placed before that date will not appear on this site, but we still have those records and can assist if you need past order information.
